7-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of billing errors or service issues. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

If you experience billing errors or service issues that prevent you from using CalmSystem.com, contact us at contact@calmsystem.com. We will investigate and determine appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at contact@calmsystem.com before disputing the charge with your payment provider. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
